How to reach us
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge emails within one to two business days and to resolve most queries promptly. Urgent safety concerns are prioritised. Response times may be longer during weekends and public holidays.
How to report a listing
If you spot a listing that looks like a scam, breaks our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy, or otherwise concerns you, email us with:
- the store name and a link to the listing (if you have it);
- a short description of the problem; and
- any screenshots or evidence.
We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the listing and suspending the account.
Problem with an order?
Because MobileUza is a listing & ordering marketplace and not the seller, the store you ordered from handles fulfilment, delivery, payment, returns and refunds. For order-specific issues, contact the store directly first using the details they provide. If you cannot reach them or need our help, email us with your order number and we'll do our best to assist.
